1. Acceptance

By registering for ai-match.org, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide a valid email and phone number and complete verification before your profile is visible
• You must not be married to another person while seeking marriage through this platform (unless honestly disclosed as separated/divorced per profile fields)

3. Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate profile information; misrepresentation may result in suspension
• Keep your login credentials secure
• One account per person; duplicate accounts may be removed

4. Community conduct

ai-match.org is built for respectful, values-first matchmaking — not casual dating or swipe culture. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or send unsolicited explicit content
• Impersonate others or use stolen photos
• Solicit money, run scams, or promote unrelated commercial services
• Discriminate unlawfully; community tags describe affiliation, not exclusion of protected classes

5. Profile visibility

Your profile becomes visible to other verified members only when:

• Email and phone are verified
• Profile completeness reaches at least 70%
• You explicitly enable visibility

Detailed profile views require a mutual match. We do not publish member profiles to search engines.

6. Photos and content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant ai-match.org a license to store and display them to matches per your visibility settings. Maximum 8 photos per profile at launch.

7. AI-assisted matching

Compatibility suggestions use on-premise AI. Scores and rationales are advisory — not guarantees. You are responsible for your own due diligence before meeting anyone.

8. Advertising

Public pages may show at most one sponsored unit from our self-hosted ad platform. Member areas remain ad-free for the first 12 months after launch.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; see Privacy Policy for data deletion rights.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee matches, marriages, or outcomes. Meet in safe public places; tell family or friends when meeting someone new.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the service operator. Disputes should first be raised via [email protected].
